Dynamic & energetic General Manager required for a busy up-market city centre restaurant. Will work alongside the proprietor, guiding the senior management team and leading & driving the entire Restaurant team towards retaining sustainable operational standards. We are passionate about what we do here at Hugo’s. We believe in providing the finest of Irish food with wonderful, professional and friendly service. Our clientele is a mix of corporate, high-end tourist, and wonderful locals. Experience in a busy upmarket similar style restaurant is a must.
