Description:
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Pick & Pack Process, CFPP Process , Line-Feeding, Basic machine operations
- Present finished goods to loading bay for delivery vehicles
- If necessary, checking the correct quantity/type/quality of stock that has been received
- To consistently gain knowledge & show adherence to all production processes within the fulfilment area including any basic systems in use.
- Gain knowledge of SAP transactions that are directly associated with your day to day role & basic understanding of TGT System
- To consistently gain knowledge & show adherence to all paperwork used on a daily basis i.e. working papers, fulfilment sheets, reconciliation sheets etc.
- Commitment to the 5s Program within the Fulfillment Floor
- Commitment to the quality processes within Arvato and interact with quality department when needed
- Material Control & Adherence to material control procedures
- Ensure all policies, procedures and processes are adhered to such as: Code of Conduct , Dignity in Work , Health and safety , Manual Handling
- Adherence to escalation procedures.
- You will comply with Internal Policies & Procedures and with our ISO certification requirements, specifically ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & ISO 27001.
- Based on your current job role, or any role assigned to you by your manager, you will have access to Arvato and customer data that is relevant for the completion of your role. You are not entitled to access, or seek to access, Arvato or customer data that is not directly associated with your job role. You must treat Arvato and customer data in line with our Data Classification processes but if in doubt, you should default to treat all Arvato and customer data as private & confidential. You must comply with all Security & IT Policies in relation to the protection of Arvato and customer data.
- You will be required to be flexible in both your role and working across all our sites and you must be prepared to perform other tasks and undertake additional duties in any area of the business as determined by Management. These tasks may be also outside your normal work area
