Global Associate Director

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Associate Director for Global Filling Process & Technology to join a leading biopharmaceutical company. This vital role centres around managing and enhancing the filling process technologies within the organization. The successful candidate will be pivotal in spearheading continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, aiming to elevate the efficiency and quality of the filling processes to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the development and oversight of technical specifications for main filling/isolation technologies.
• Leading a cross-functional team with a focus on process and technology improvement.
• Executing initiatives for modernization and continuous improvement of current technologies.
• Partnering with various teams to innovate in production technology, supporting expansions, technology transfers, and representing process engineering in various initiatives.
• Serving as a technical expert in outsourcing strategies related to filling technologies.

Key Requirements:

• A university degree in engineering or a scientific field, with advanced degrees in relevant technical areas preferred.
• A few years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, with a strong focus on GMP.
• Extensive knowledge of biopharmaceutical production and filling processes.
• Proven experience in strategic project management and excellent data management skills.
• Proficiency in BOTH German and English.
• Willingness to travel
