Global Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

A Global Business Intelligence Analyst is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based, global technology client. In this newly created position, you will be working as part of the Global Sales Operations Team providing insights and real time data, which will enable our leadership team plan for organisational growth, identifying new customer and growth markets for our key target industries.

Role of this position

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have input and impact towards the development of this role, assessing existing business/ customer trends while exploring new target customers and markets, analysing our key competitors and monitoring their performance on a structured schedule (monthly/ quarterly, annually), assimilating Market Data/ Reports and providing our leadership team with a condensed snapshot of the key and critical considerations for the environmental and IT sectors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as finance or business analytics
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on research and analytics experience in finance, marketing, sales operations, data consulting or a related business field
• A genuine enthusiasm in the application of data analytics to the understanding of business effectiveness Experience and knowledge of Data Visualisation Programs and Systems such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Expert level MS Excel skills
• Experience of CRM Platform Salesforce an advantage but not essential
• Candidates must be based in Cork and EU citizens.
