Global Hr Tech Product Owner

The Global HR Technology function is part of the HR organisation, responsible for delivering solutions that improve or enhance the way Human Resources is delivered at Smith+Nephew, and handles HR technology programs, vendors, and operations.

This role is fixed term for 12 months, and will take a particular focus on our project roadmap supporting the Talent Acquisition function over that period.

The roadmap has healthy levels of innovation and optimisation over the next 12 - 18 months. Having recently implemented Hiredscore, there's an opportunity to gain experience with the platform as it further integrates with the Workday eco-system in the coming months, advising partners in TA and working to maximise the potential.

Essential Job Functions:
 

  • Act as Workday Recruitment and Talent SME with full autonomy for the global alignment, solution design, delivery and maintenance
  • Act as a champion for customers and listen to and connect with customers and team members effectively

     

Experience:
 

  • A background of Workday HCM design, configuration and reporting, with key experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Recognised as a technical expert, driving the strategy and roadmap
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising intricate business requirements within a project
