This is a great opportunity for a tax professional looking to progress their role in a well-known brand who are conditioning to expand internationally.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Advise the business on all employment tax issues and opportunities, liaising with external advisors where necessary.
- Keep up to date with relevant tax and regulatory requirements update senior stakeholders on new legislation as required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive changes in policy to enhance compliance and reporting.
- Advise internal Payroll function for all tax-related issues.
- Provide support to the wider tax team initiatives which may have relevance to employment taxes.
- Partner with the Global Mobility team on tax for any globally mobile employees and remote workers
- Assist in the establishment of processes and policies in relation to business travellers.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on any relevant activities.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Tax qualified
- Min 3+ years relevant PQE
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate to all levels within the business.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of wider business factors.
- Have strong financial and analytical acumen as well as excellent Project Management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, ability to ensure tasks are finalised to strict deadlines.
