What you will do:
- Manage global Preferred Success projects from concept to launch
- Drive automation discussions, including research of potential innovations
- Attend and contribute to senior leadership meetings focused on Preferred Success delivery
- Collaborate with relevant innovation stakeholders to identify potential solutions to automate Preferred Success Scale delivery
- Work with innovation teams to identify, plan and roll out new procedures aimed at enhancing global delivery functions
- Involvement in and management of Preferred Success Scale project coordination
- Enable global Preferred Success VCSP teams on business process changes and enhancements
- Track and communicate open actions and status relating to active PrS Scale projects
- Lead discussions around identified automation opportunities with relevant innovation teams
- Research and propose development for all PrS Scale delivery enhancements
- Prepare and present regular project update sessions with senior management
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and strengthen relationships
- Review and Act as trusted advisor, actively applying expert knowledge to global Preferred Success VCSP leadership and peers
- Preparation and delivery of quarterly business reviews focused on key target metrics and KPIs
- Other ad-hoc tasks where required

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery an advantage
- Previous experience managing large projects a distinct advantage
- Experience collaborating with regional and global leadership teams on Preferred Success operational topics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The Global Preferred Success Scale Innovation Specialist needs to be a master at project execution across global functional teams
- Flexible and adaptable approach to project management within a fast-changing delivery segment
- Bachelors or honours degree an advantage
