Grade Vii Project Facilitator

Description:

The Mater Transformation Project Facilitator will be required to work as part of the Mater Transformation team in supporting and progressing the Mater hospital’s transformation agenda. In particular, they wiill project manage a range of design-led innovation projects. Specifically, they will be required to:

• Manage service improvement projects to ensure a high standard is delivered in time and on budget.
• Support the project team through the design process from research through to concept generation, prototyping, testing and iteration of solutions
• Establish key working relationships and credibility with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead on liaison with staff (internal and external), patients, carers/families and other stakeholders to enable the co-design process
