Our client, a leading brand owner to major Irish retailers has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within an established Irish company.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a true passion for branding as well as strong commercial awareness.

This is a full-time permanent position that has the option of being fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating product packaging ideas
• Working closely with the marketing and product development teams, ensuring that only the correct information is displayed
• Update content on the company website on an ongoing basis to ensure information is accurate
• Constantly looking for new and creative ways to improve and build the brand
• Implementing marketing campaigns
• Recognising potential cost savings where necessary
• Ensuring the company brand is correctly used on all advertising and company literature

Skills & experience:

• Third Level Qualification in graphic design or related field
• Graphic/web design experience
• Experience in product packaging design within the food industry is a must
• Familiarity with print production and print finishes
• Advanced skills in the Adobe Suite – In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• A team player with a flexible can do attitude
