Description:

We are looking for Graphic Designer to contribute to and implement the Marketing Strategy for the Topline Brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our retail brand initiatives and supporting the daily marketing functions. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graphic Designer who is excited by challenge and loves being part of a creative marketing team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the delivery of our Marketing Plan for the Topline Brand across our member base throughout Ireland. Support the delivery of our Marketing and Promotional plans, through excellent design of promotional literature. Be an advocate and ambassador for the Topline Brand with all our stakeholders.

· Regularly update design/content on our Shopify website, as well as our B2B Member’s Portal.

· Photography.

· Assisting members with digital marketing events.

· Visual Communications & Design.

· Digital Marketing Design.

· Product/ Packaging Artwork for our Exclusive Own Brands,

· Social Media & Communication Design,

· Design Own Brand Product Catalogues (Soft & Hard copies),

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ Years’ Graphic Design experience. Flexible and agile approach - Ability to work cross functionally and manage stakeholders.

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
• Ability to manage different projects at the same time.
