Group Financial Controller

What you need to know
You will work as a Group Financial Controller for our client a highly successful and established agricultural/food company based in a number of locations in Ireland and UK. This role will be based on the East Coast.

You will be responsible for all accounting activities, and you will support the Senior Management Team in the decision making process.
The role is permanent with a fantastic financial/benefits package. You will report to the CEO, be part of the Senior Management Team and manage the Irish and UK Finance Teams.
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the Group Finance function

• Develop a growth strategy for the Group with the Senior Team

• Preparation and presentation of Budgets, Forecasts and Financial accounts

• Build strong communication channels with the team

• Ensure costs are under control and assist in appraising investment proposals

• Treasury and FX management for the Group

• Ensure Financial regulation and compliance across audit, tax and legal
