Full Job Description

An exciting Full-time administrator’s role has opened within the Aviva Group Protection team, based in our South Dublin Cherrywood office. The successful candidate will report to the Group Protection Team Leader and will work within a team of 12 people. The successful candidate will work closely within our quotation administration team and our Pricing colleagues to deliver a first-class customer service. This role will be adhering to a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dedicated email inbox.
  • The precise recording and management of sensitive documents.
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers/brokers.
  • Concise vetting and issuing of Insurance quotations.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and escalating matters to Team Leaders and Account Managers.
  • Work closely with other members of the team.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Group Protection/ Pensions environment, the business processes/products and platforms/systems.
  • QFA qualification (or equivalent) or a Pension qualification an advantage or working towards.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • High energy and passion for customer service and delivery
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
