About the role
The Head of Account Management will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Account Managers across our North America & EMEA markets. They will ensure that all team members maintain strong relationships with clients, manage accounts effectively, and meet sales targets. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase expansion and client satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Lead, manage and develop the Account Management team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts and achieve sales targets across renewals, expansion, product adoption and upsell targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and expectations from our company
- Anticipate and solve problems in order to achieve business goals and objectives by building trust and providing strategic and realistic solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the company's offerings meet and exceed client expectations
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the account management or sales field
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proven experience in process development, with the ability to identify and implement effective processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and facilitating smooth execution of account management strategies.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on managing customer orders and ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Proven ability to navigate through complex business negotiations, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities
