A highly driven individual who can lead and deliver complex projects from inception with a high degree of autonomy.

A meticulous understanding of the infrastructure and maintenance requirements to manage a formulation lab, including equipment & consumable procurement, instrument calibration, SOP development etc.

Relevant experience in an analytical role in biopharma combined with thorough knowledge of analytical customer needs and a proven commercial and user understanding of the biopharma market.

Rigorous approach to analytical and workflow development with a strong aptitude for detail and accuracy.

Ability to contribute to product development and to improve the product offering in collaboration with commercial and development teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary and remote teams. Be able to work well and collaboratively with customers and external users

Strong degree or master’s in biochemistry, chemistry or a similar subject

Direct experience working with nanomedicine formulations, has developed nanoparticle formulations.

Experience working in a QC function in a pharma company, CDMO, CRO or similar.

Experience supporting customers in the field and presenting at technical conferences and trade shows
