Responsibilities
 

  • Development, Management and co-ordination of an Engines Support team
  • Expand the Engines Support team as per our client’s needs and industry trends
  • Strategically organise existing structures to maximise efficiency
  • Successfully market the Engine Support Product to Industry
  • Collaborate with senior management in the evolution of the department and development of performance goals and long-term operational and strategic plans
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
     

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:
 

  • 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within an Engine Shop or Airline Powerplant role.
  • Demonstrated people management experience
  • Demonstrated commercial focus.
  • A deep understanding of the Engine Support market, needs and trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in guiding technical teams, collaborating with clients, and overseeing financial and budgetary matters.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying data-driven results.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
