Responsibilities
- Development, Management and co-ordination of an Engines Support team
- Expand the Engines Support team as per our client’s needs and industry trends
- Strategically organise existing structures to maximise efficiency
- Successfully market the Engine Support Product to Industry
- Collaborate with senior management in the evolution of the department and development of performance goals and long-term operational and strategic plans
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within an Engine Shop or Airline Powerplant role.
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Demonstrated commercial focus.
- A deep understanding of the Engine Support market, needs and trends
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding technical teams, collaborating with clients, and overseeing financial and budgetary matters.
- Strong communication skills for conveying data-driven results.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
