Skills & Qualifications/ The Person: The ideal candidate will bring a blend of communication, people and leadership skills together with experience of strategic planning, advocacy, financial and operational management. This role requires a leader who will collaborate and build strategic partnerships, demonstrating tenacity and a commitment to client centered care, and will be credible with the Executive Management Team and key partners e.g. Local Authorities, Government Departments and funders. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the delivery of services in the homeless or related sectors, as well and a through understanding of the complex range of needs of homeless people and effective responses.
