Seeking a Head of HR with strong for a top company in Dublin for a 7 month contract with great work life balance and 3 days remote work a week.
Your background
- Employment law, selection methods, remuneration strategies, change management methodologies
- HR Leader with strong L&D experience and also People and Culture experience.
- A passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement
- 7+ years’ experience of working in a senior HR role, at least five years with people managerial responsibility
- Experience of managing all people processes
- Experience of working closely with line managers to deal with a wide variety of people issues
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the people & culture agenda
- Provide support and advice to the business on all people related matters.
- Develop close working relationships with senior managers to gain an understanding of their business strategies and people requirements.
- Resource planning and all departmental budgeting
- Continue to develop the company wide induction process
- Improve and consolidate the organisations approach to engagement activities
