The Head of Influencer Marketing is responsible for the discovery, communication, activation and measurement of our influencer strategy for the Betfair brand in selected international markets we operate. You will drive the way we connect with influencers, building out influencer programs and manage relationships with influencers. Reporting to the International Digital Director, you will be responsible for achieving our business objectives, engaging our customer base and ensuring we have key relationships in place with our influencers and agencies.

Working closely with key stakeholders across Digital, Brand, Customer Marketing, Business Science, Commercial, Product and Marketing Tech, you will lead the evolution of the influencer function for the business to develop and execute a marketing leading strategy.

  • In your role, you will be responsible for having hands on experience in planning and running large scale influencer activity across selected markets.
  • Develop and manage our influencer relationships and create plans for our focus regions.
  • Lead on the discovery, communication and measurement of our influencer activity.
  • Build and maintain 1:1 relationships with key influencers and agencies
  • Continuously identify new programs/initiatives to drive Brand vision and extend the lifetime of all user generated content.
  • Design and execute influencer campaigns with our influencers, to help build the Betfair brand and drive user growth.
  • Develop best practice influencer strategies that consistently improve reach, effectiveness and conversion based on campaign goals
  • Plan outstanding experiences and campaigns that foster a community of loyal fans
  • Develop campaign briefs and partner with internal teams to develop content plans across our influencer portfolio
  • Manage budgets and optimise accordingly
  • Be able to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Tech and Business Science to improve influencer marketing effectiveness and be at the forefront of online advertising strategy and execution.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure team performance and vison is communicated clearly.
