Head Of M&a

Description:

The Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) will play a key role in identifying and closing global M&A opportunities across multiple dynamic, fast-paced verticals, with a particular focus on the North American market. You will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish—sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.

What Sets This Role Apart? Fast decision-making: With no red tape and a highly agile, dynamic business structure, acquisition decisions are made in days, not weeks or months. High deal flow: You'll work with a large pipeline that includes both domain acquisitions and strategic opportunities across multiple sectors.

This is not your typical corporate role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an environment where agility and drive are essential. You’ll be involved in high-stakes, exciting deals alongside a talented leadership team that shares your commitment to excellence. No bureaucracy here—just direct impact, meaningful work, and the chance to truly make your mark.

If you're ready to make a difference, build lasting relationships, and take on high-level M&A projects with a team that values your expertise, we'd love to have you on board.

We are excited to offer the Head of M&A role across multiple locations, including St. Helier, Jersey, Ireland, or Malta. However, we are only looking to hire one candidate for this position.
