The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the Marketing team in the development and execution of the overall Marketing strategy. This involves the creation of our brand value proposition, lead our best in class thought leadership strategy, positioning CarTrawler effectively and ensuring that we are hitting our target audiences.
This role will sit on the Commercial Leadership team and CT’s extended leadership team where you will be empowered to create and influence the strategic priorities for the Commercial team.
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
- Proactively build, plan and execute the Marketing Strategy focused on paid, earn and owned social media ensuring we are future focused and consistently assessing opportunities to build brand awareness
- Build and deliver our content ecosystem strategy to enable us to successfully deliver the company strategy with a clear focus on driving revenue
- Develop, refine and execute our Brand value proposition through best in class thought leadership, creative content across social media channels and the successful execution of industry leading events
- Lead our best-in-class Thought Leadership and communications strategy - targeting our key stakeholders
- Identify and realise opportunities for our own Leadership Team to engage externally
- Own our brand identity, story and strategy
- Own the marketing budget ensuring the spend is delivering a tangible return on investment
- Lead & develop our Marketing Team across Content Strategy, Digital Marketing and Brand & Events roles
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business ensuring input on various marketing activities
- Provide marketing expertise and guidance to the wider organisation
- Member of the Commercial Leadership Team
