Head Of Programmes

Description:

The ideal candidate must have previous Validation experience working in the Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical industry.

Previous experience in delivering training is preferable.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential plus an energetic, proactive approach to delivering high quality training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

People Management

· Management and coordination of programme managers

· Managing, coaching and mentoring of resources working at Client sites.

Programme Management & Delivery

· Development of technical training to support the required learning outcomes.

· Delivery of technical training in a blended format (online and in person at our Sandyford, Dublin facility))

· Providing regular feedback on performance and areas for improvement to Engineers during the Validation training Programme

· Support Engineers readiness for work placement in terms of CV preparation, Interview readiness, etc.

· Continuous improvement of programme content, eg, development of new case studies, new material development to support programme expansions, material update to comply with new regulations, etc.

· Identification of new workstreams to train talent to meet clients’ needs.

Preparation and review of KPI’s to determine the effectiveness of the training and suitability of Engineers for placement at client sites.
