Description:

As the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's banking operations and financial risk profile. This role is critical to ensuring that the organization maintains strong relationships with banks, has access to secure and efficient banking products, and is capable of making international payments in multiple currencies. You will be an integral part of the finance team, helping to ensure smooth financial operations for our global, remote-first casino business.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Risk Management:

Proactively mitigate the company's banking risk by ensuring all group companies have access to appropriate banking facilities and payment options.

Develop strategies to reduce financial risk associated with payments and banking relationships.

Bank Account Management:

Open and manage all bank accounts as necessary for all group companies.

Vendor & Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment processors and fintech providers.

Security & Compliance:

Oversee the security of banking processes and manage access controls to ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive financial systems.

Market Scanning & Product Optimization:

Constantly scan the market for new and innovative banking and payment products that suit the company's global and gambling-specific needs.

Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and security of international payment processes.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a treasury or financial management role within the online gaming or gambling industry.

Banking Expertise: Proven experience with banking products, especially in high-risk industries like online casinos. Direct experience working with Curacao-licensed businesses is essential.

Remote Work Experience: Comfortable and experienced in leading financial teams in a remote work environment.

Banking Relationships: Strong connections with banks and financial institutions that service the online gaming sector.

KYB Expertise: Familiarity with KYB processes, ensuring that the company meets regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with online banking systems and secure payment technologies.
