One of Ireland’s leading building contractors has an exceptional opportunity to work as a Health & Safety Manager on main building contracting and specialist fit out projects in North & West Dublin. Seeking a Safety Manager who is collaborative and passionate about safety and people. This employer has an impressive portfolio of completed and ongoing work on landmark projects throughout Ireland with this role focussing on Leinster.

Responsibilities to include:

• Provide support and advice to the safety team, colleagues, subcontractor personnel and other third parties.
• Ensure all Safety policies are fully implemented on various group sites.
• Carrying out formal site inspections and audits and conducting regular reviews on any corrective action identified.
• Work with a team to promote a positive safety culture
• Promoting continuous safety improvement

Experience Required:

• Degree Qualified preferably in safety or related
• Experience within the building construction industry as a lead safety advisor or safety manager
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Commercial Awareness
• I.T. literate
• Interest in mentoring and coaching
