Description:
Experience of engaging with patients, service users and families in the area of customer service, complaints management, patient safety incidents, co-design, advocacy or engagement. Experience of working in a busy office environment which has involved interacting in a professional manner with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders. Significant experience of professional writing including the generation of documents such as letters, reports, business case documentation etc. Experience of managing people and of the use of facilitation techniques.
