Senitor Ireland are thrilled to be working with this well established Irish company who are currently hiring a Help Desk Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills.

This role involves everything from customer service, troubleshooting and support of the IT operations. Strong customer focus and excellent communications skills are essential. This is a very exciting role to jump straight in with all the necessary skills.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ IT Support Experience.
• Microsoft experience.
• Previous experience with Service Now, AD, SAP, 0365 would be beneficial.
• Service Desk experience.
• Excellent communication skills & customer service skills.
• Can work well independently and in a team.
