Description:

You will collaborate with the other members of the support team to develop and deliver the company’s support process going forward. The role itself will involve providing support for any issues that end users have. You will communicate with customers to resolve any problems or issues they have.

You Will

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing tasks related to account updates and training.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
