Housing Delivery Project Manager

Description:

The LGMA is recruiting a Housing Delivery Project Manager to coordinate and advise on the delivery of social and/or affordable housing by Local Authorities under the Housing for All programme. The successful candidate will join a team of project managers working with local authorities, Government departments, Approved Housing Bodies, and external stakeholders including the LDA, the Housing Agency, National Development Finance Agency, utility companies and joint venture partners. Their role will be to maximise the efficient delivery of sustainable housing solutions aimed at achieving the targets set out for Local Authorities in the Housing for All programme.
