We are looking for a HR Administrator with an interest in payroll to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide administration support to the HR team and also assist the Finance team to accurately process payroll each month. This is a 12 month fixed term role.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding administration of new employees
- Collate & prepare all payroll information monthly
- Manage Bike to Work and TaxSaver schemes
- Process expenses
- Respond to payroll related queries & escalate to Finance, where appropriate
- Manage employee leave records
- Responsible for keeping employee files up to date
- Administration support for work experience and graduate programmes
- Draft statements of employment
- Support the recruitment process - organise interviews, draft contracts, etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties, as required
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or diploma in a HR related field and/or CIPD qualified or working towards qualification and/or 1 year HR experience

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage work time & prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail (written & numerical)
