Description:

The HR Advisor role partners with specific client groups in the DocuSign organization by providing local HR support in alignment to HR Business Partners, employees and business
leaders. This role is critical to our ability to successfully support a high-growth organization by enabling efficiency across the HR organization. Additionally, this role will help lead
improvements in processes and design across our shared services team to continue to optimize our team.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on our employees’ experience at DocuSign. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the Sr. Director, HR EMEA.


Responsibility

  • Advise employees and managers on HR process and policy questions.
  • Manages Compensation changes for the team, serving as the subject matter expert on Comp Master tool, running Comp Calcs, Promo Calcs, Relo Calcs
  • Manage job code and title audit process. Will partner with the HRBP and the business to maintain job architecture data.
  • Manage reporting and analytics including: Monthly Operations scorecard preparation, quarterly compensation reporting, Talent Development Program attendance reporting and
    monitoring, Diversity reporting using Visier and Ad hoc reports as needed
  • Manage Exit interview process and analysis of trends. Provide trend summaries to the HRBP team.
  • Manage Spot Bonus process, and interfacing with FP&A on budget impact
  • Provide monthly data reporting & light analytics support to HRBPs in meeting the needs of their internal customers
  • Partner with HRBPs in preparing training materials, scheduling training events, tracking employee feedback and participation
  • Assist with manager queries on people programs and processes.
  • In partnership with HRBPs, provide support to our people leaders on job evaluations and architecture projects
  • Coordinate logistics and content readiness of regular team meetings and monthly updates to assigned Leadership Teams
  • Provide escalation support for Shared Services
  • Ad hoc projects as required
