Hr Advisor

 

Description:

The HR Advisor role partners with client groups in the Docusign organization by providing local HR support in alignment to HR Business Partners, employees and business leaders. This role is critical to our ability to successfully support a high-growth organization by enabling efficiency across the HR organization. Additionally, this role will help lead improvements in processes and design across our shared services team to continue to optimize our team.

Responsibility
 

  • Advise employees and managers on HR process and policy questions
  • Play a critical role in all site wide employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist our Employee Relations team with managing performance and administrative duties pertaining to grievances, investigations etc
  • Assist with our local ERGs and other DEI initiatives as required
  • Play a leading role in our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts across the region, partnering with employee volunteers and CSR team in the US
  • Manages Compensation changes for the team, serving as the subject matter expert on Comp Master tool, running Comp Calcs, Promo Calcs, Relo Calcs. This will require the individual to work closely with our Compensation and Benefits team
  • Manage reporting and analytics including: Monthly Operations scorecard preparation, quarterly compensation reporting, Talent Development Program attendance reporting and monitoring, Diversity reporting using Visier and Ad hoc reports as needed
     

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
  • A minimum of 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Workday or other HCM systems, including reporting capabilities
