Description:
The Role
- Support the Talent Strategy and HR Team with with data management and analysis
- Coordinate HR related activities and projects
- Advanced Excel work and complex data management with high quality (approximately 70% of work- Vlookup, pivot, IF,..)
- HR reporting and analytics
- Communication with stakeholders across different levels and locations
- Handling of general mailbox inquiries
Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in working with large amounts of data
- Experience navigating a complex, global organization with multiple locations and HR regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills
- HR Core/SAP knowledge would be good to have
- Organization savvy with the ability to understand the strategic context of a transformation or request
- Analytical skills (experience with Visier an advantage)
- Self-starter, driven and solution oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
