Hr Assistant

 

Description:

As a Mandarin-speaking HR Assistant, you will engage in a wide array of HR tasks, from managing inquiries and records to aiding in recruitment, compensation, and benefits paperwork. This role offers a chance to expand your HR skills and knowledge.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Assistance: Address internal and external HR inquiries, manage employee records (both physical and digital), assist in recruitment, and ensure completion of compensation paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule HR events, interviews, and meetings, conduct orientations and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay Ahead: Stay informed about the latest HR best practices and trends, ensuring our client's HR processes remain cutting-edge.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • HR Exposure: Previous exposure or studies in HR are essential.
