Hr Business Partner

 

Description:

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with colleagues across the HR team to deliver a people strategy that ensures the attraction and retention of amazing and diverse talent who work together to deliver strategic outcomes of the function.

The HR Business Partner will serve as point of contact for employees and people managers across the operations function, providing counsel with regards to optimizing organisational structures, employee communications and employee relations. In addition, the HR Business Partner will support the delivery of key people processes, including performance management, diversity and inclusion.

What You'll Be Doing....

  • Partnering with the group managers and leaders across functions and locations to support strategic plans and develop people plans.
  • Driving team effectiveness, through one-on-one coaching, change management and a communications strategy
  • Developing and delivering HR solutions to drive performance management, employee engagement, talent retention and communication.
  • Providing input into organisation design to ensure that the structure of the PPB function enables the achievement of our commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial management of people risks across the operational function.
  • Provides guidance and input on business transformation, including restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Using people data to deliver key insights and prompt appropriate action by the senior team
  • Building strong partnership relationships with leaders and teams within the business to enhance overall individual, team & organizational performance

What We're Looking For....

  • Experience of operating as a Business Partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards.
  • A background in HR in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
  • You will be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".
  • Ability to identify problems, apply critical thinking and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Proven experience of managing & implementing org change programmes
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering in a structured and focused way.
  • Proven experience of senior stakeholder management
  • Ability to develop strong working relations at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills
