Description:

This post holder will be responsible for the provision of strong employee relations, the management of complex staffing issues and engagement for all staff categories throughout the Hospital Group. This role will focus on creating best practice strategies, and the ability to develop strong relationships with managers, trade unions, and employee representatives throughout the group to assist in delivering on our strategic objectives and HR implementation plans. Supporting Group HR in providing support to the HR teams across the sites, the position requires a collaborative and supportive approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the implementation of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.
