Description:
The role is responsible for provision of high-quality workforce planning, medical manpower and employment control services for all staff categories throughout the Hospital Group. This role will focus on creating best practice strategies, modelling and processes throughout the group to assist delivering on our strategic objectives and utilising IT solutions to ensure our vision of a high quality, streamlined and professional human resource service is executed. Providing support to the HR and Medical Manpower teams across the sites, the position requires a collaborative and supportive approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the implementation of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.
