Hr Compliance

The organisation works off a flexible hybrid working policy, with a requirement of being onsite 1-2 days per month, with exception of additional team meetings.

The Role:

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive audit of employee data and records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues in HR data.
  • Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to ensure that HR processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilise HRIS and other tools to perform data analysis and generate compliance reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to compliance activities.

The Person:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Administrator role or a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Compliance role.
  • Proven experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) - experience with the use of Sage People is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
