Description:
The organisation works off a flexible hybrid working policy, with a requirement of being onsite 1-2 days per month, with exception of additional team meetings.
The Role:
- Lead and execute a comprehensive audit of employee data and records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues in HR data.
- Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to ensure that HR processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilise HRIS and other tools to perform data analysis and generate compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized records related to compliance activities.
The Person:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Administrator role or a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Compliance role.
- Proven experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) - experience with the use of Sage People is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
