Your Role Overview
Managing human resource records by keeping accurate, up to date employee files including contracts and performance reviews
Maintaining a human resources information system by tracking and reporting on employee data such as sick days, annual leave days, to ensure accurate, timely information can be made available to the Group HR Manager
First point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns ensuring legal compliance within employment law legislation, best policy practice and employee relations
Assisting the Group HR Manager in creating new HR policies
Providing recruitment support for managers by assisting in creating job postings, interview questions, job offers and contracts
Organising recruitment activities, setting up interviews, reference and right to work checks
Providing support and assistance to employees through the full employee life cycle
Ensuring strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues
Ensuring the employee handbook is kept up to date by making revisions as new policies and procedures come into effect
Creating new hire employee inductions, and supporting managers with the onboarding process
Assisting the Group HR Manager in Learning & Development, sourcing, scheduling and training seminars
Organising and planning Health & Wellbeing activities, throughout JMK Group

Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
· 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a particularly strong knowledge of recruitment and employment law.
· Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry would be advantageous.
