We're looking for an HR Generalist with Project Management experience to join us as we shape and deliver the talent, learning, recruitment, engagement, reward, and inclusion priorities at the heart of our ambitious growth and people strategy.
Working with the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will bring your HR Generalist and project management skill set, energy, and creativity to help the team to prioritise, integrate and deliver effective initiatives that make a lasting positive impact to our business performance and our employee experience, making this the place where the most talented people want to be.
You will also undertake external research, spotting opportunities to apply the latest thinking to our people plans, and building insights that drive well-informed decisions as we continue to evolve across the talent portfolio. In return we will support your professional development and growth. This HR Project Lead role is a perfect blend of HR best practice and project management.
This role can be worked remotely with occasional travel to our Dublin Office.

What you will do
You will have both administrative and core HR responsibilities, helping us to plan and deliver projects, including resource planning, talent acquisition, on boarding, off boarding, policy/practices, discipline, grievance, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, reward and benefits, contracts of employment, compliance, health and wellbeing, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management (e.g. KPIs to support departmental goals).
