Responsibilities:

Help us drive higher engagement across all People Experience programs, including weekly Coffee Chats with executives, periodic communications across various channels, and additional campaigns as needed. You’ll also help us operationalize content and deliverables for our New Solarian Journey, a revamped on-boarding program for all new SolarWinds employees (aka Solarians). We are a new and highly collaborative team, so opportunities to learn and also share your own experience won’t be in short demand!

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in a compensation or HR role
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
