Description:
Role: Provide HR Support and Assistance to the HR Team entirely in the areas of recruitment, administration and employee relations.
Main Tasks:
- Recruiting staff in line with defined recruitment requirements per department
- Designing & Drafting ‘Job Vacancy Notices’.
- Advertising roles on various recruitment portals, websites & web applications.
- Shortlisting candidates via telephone screening
- Arranging 1:1 and Group Interviews.
- Complete Employment References up to 5 years historically
- Write to applicants and advise if they are successful/unsuccessful for positions
- Making verbal and written job offers
- Drafting & Issuing Employment Contracts and other HR Policy Information
- Creating online Personnel Files.
- Setting up on all relevant HR/Time & Attendance Systems, Staff Email, etc.
- Setting up on Dublin Airport Authority portal for ID processing
- Facilitate Employee Onboarding and Uniform Processing
- Maintenance of Reward & Recognition programmes.
- Support and Liaise with HR BP’s on their day to day duties.
- Other duties will be assigned from time to time.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum age requirement 18 years.
- Pass a 5-year security background check and Garda Vetting process
- Provide 2 verifiable references
- Eligible to live and work in the E.U.
- Possess good written and verbal English language skills
