Description:

In this role you will work closely with our HR colleagues to deliver exceptional levels of Human Resources related activities at our state-of-the-art European HQ offices at Dublin Airport. At Kellogg, we know People are our Competitive Advantage and the Intern will have the opportunity to shadow and support in all key areas of Recruitment, Retention, Talent Management, Equity Diversity & Inclusion and many other areas.

  • Support HR team with activities related to EU headquarters such as get to know you exercises and onboarding for new employees and basic supports for international movers
  • Work with our employee base to ensure HR process flow and MyHR related activities are embedded and actioned in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate online team files to ensure we have an organised and easily accessible way to retain key information
  • Assist and support the local HR Team with administration and coordination tasks including office events, facilities queries and general employee queries.
  • Stay up to date on ED&I activities and key projects such as War on talent.
  • Support in delivering key HR / People processes throughout the year including PDCs, Talent Review, Performance Review, Team Development sessions
  • Bringing key insights from external sources into the Kellogg HR team to allow focus on continuous improvements
  • Support with HR data checks, validating information held on MyHR and using People Analytics tools to enhance the quality of our HR outputs
  • Compulsory previous experience working in a HR role
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office i.e. Word/ Excel PowerPoint/ Access/ Outlook/Publisher
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate to a range of audiences using a variety of media.
  • Good influencing skills and ability to achieve results through others.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills and ability to coordinate activities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in Business or HR related field
