Description:
As a Manager of HR Operations in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for managing a regional team in Global HR Operations as they onboard professionals for our customers in more than 187 countries.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the management of our regional HR Operations Team across UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.
- Responsible for managing all human resources functions as it relates to supporting our customers and their Professionals.
- Managing the smooth implementation of integrated practices with key business partners on behalf of the Globalization Partners team.
- Senior level support of our customers negotiating employment contracts and on-boarding employees.
- Negotiating with potential new customers and existing customers expanding into new countries.
- Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives,
- Coordinating lawyers, accountants, payroll advisors, and benefits brokers for multiple new employees onboarding at any given time.
- Manage the Global customer payroll projects ensuring adherence to the agreed timescales, deliverables and budgets.
- Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and documentation between us, our customers and the professionals on our payroll.
- Successful service delivery – SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervises the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or functional teams
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Ensure all decisions are guided by policies, procedures and the local business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
What we are looking for:
- BS/BA Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or other depending on other experience.
- 5-7 years of prior experience in an HR/People Management role
- Strong understanding of finance and HR operations fundamentals in different locales
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proven people management and leadership skills: you know how to build, mentor, and grow a team of world-class Human Resource Specialists and Human Resource Associates.
