The HR Generalist role will provide wide-ranging HR services, visibility into the full range of HR operations and hands on involvement with many of the business functions of a successful, growing, technology company. The HR generalist will focus on New Relic’s experience, provide timely responses, share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members, balance Relics' individual needs with New Relic’s philosophy, principles, and available resources.

What You'll Do

The HR Generalist role is based in Dublin, provides support to the HR Business Partner EMEA, and encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Initial point of contact for employee relations. Addresses root causes of performance management and low risk employee relations. Proactively resolves problems or concerns and escalates high risk and complex issues to the HRBP as necessary
• Investigate complicated issues and navigate them efficiently to ensure that we are consistent and applying fair practices
• Guides managers in the consistent application of HR programs
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counselling, career development, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, etc.)
• Assists HR Business Partners with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
• Works with the HRBP to support the talent review and development process aligning individual achievement with the overall goals of the Company
• Establishes collaborative and trusted cross functional relationships with key internal service functions, i.e. Finance, HR Ops, IT, Legal, Talent Acquisition
• Manage EMEA Benefits providers and own Employee benefits queries etc
• Ability to run and analyze HR data related to key metrics and validation
