The role is responsible for provision of high quality recruitment services throughout the Hospital Group. This role will focus on creating best practice contemporary recruitment and retention strategies through the group, while delivering on our strategic objectives and utilising IT solutions to deliver a high quality, streamlined and professional service. Providing support to the HR teams across the sites, the position requires a collaborative and supportive approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the implementation of changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives. The role will encompass HR generalist duties as well as the responsibility for end to end RCSI Hospital Group recruitment process.
