Human Resource Manager

Description:

There is currently one whole time permanent vacancy available at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.

A panel may be created for Grade VII Human Resource Manager, Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, from which permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled.

To lead on the development, delivery and implementation of the Human Resource function at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.

The Human Resource Manager will be assigned authority to collaborate and advise managers as to best practice in Human Resource related issues in line with HR policies protocols and procedures. This responsibility will include participation in recruitment and retention initiatives, employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement and any other HR Projects / Initiatives which may be assigned from time to time. The successful candidate will also be required to work closely with the Medical Manpower Manager to ensure shared learning and continued service delivery at all times.
