Significant experience of working in a Human Resources role within a health or social care setting which has included implementing HR policies and procedures, employee relations, absence management, performance management and provision of a HR advisory service Experience of dealing with Industrial Relations matters including negotiations with staff and representative groups in relation to personnel matters as relevant to the role

A panel may be created for Grade VII Human Resource Manager, Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, from which permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled.
