Human Resources Administrative

 

Description:

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years previous relevant HR experience
  • High degree of personal computer literacy, including Word, Excel and experience of HR databases
  • Good working knowledge of HR Best Practice/ Employee Relations/Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness / sensitivity towards patients
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have a strong patient / service user focus

Desirable Requirements

  • Pervious Hospital experience and knowledge of Health Services work practices
  • HR experience of working in a large complex and diverse organisation
  • CIPD qualification / membership
  • A third level qualification in HR Management or other qualification relevant to the post
  • Three to five year’s previous relevant experience is desirable
