Our client, an acquisitive multinational, is recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to join their growing Dublin office. This role has come about due to exciting company expansion and will support the local HR Manager across EMEA jurisdictions to ensure operational success of the people function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager on day to day operational admin tasks on onboarding, offboarding, ER, performance and talent management
- Maintain HR mailbox to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform daily payroll department operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Monitor the internal job posting system and facilitate interviews, actively participating in the selection process
- Recommend, develop and implement employee relations practices
- Assist managers with succession planning and development discussions to foster employee training opportunities and continuous learning
- Prepare monthly and year-end reports to meet local and corporate requirement
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role combining HR and payroll processing
- BA in Human Resource Management, CIPD and/or IPASS qualification (or equivalent) highly advantageous
- Strong IT skills essential (Excel, Word), SAP experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and ability to communicate with stakeholders of various levels
- Demonstrated history of process improvement, data management and administration
- Ability to prioritise tasks, handling situations with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
