My Dublin based client continues to grow domestically and internationally they are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join their team.
The HR Business Partner role is an integral part of the HR team, comprising strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be someone with drive and ambition and who will challenge the status quo and who will help build a HR strategy that is innovative, forward thinking ensuring that they have the best quality workforce to rise to the ambitious objectives they have for future growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with the HR team and other key stakeholders to design, develop and roll out key projects and initiatives.
- Be an active change agent, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, job roles and organisation structures providing direct support and coaching to all management levels.
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement both within the HR function and regarding people related processes within the broader business.
- Lead and take ownership of end-to-end employee relations issues where required.
- Contribute to and collate the Gender Pay Gap reporting for the division, and support Compensation & Benefits activities by working with the Total Rewards team when required.
- Coach and train line managers on providing feedback, having difficult conversations, employee development, addressing poor performance and all other aspects of people management.
- Periodically provide support to acquisition due diligence and integration initiatives.
- Aid internal and external audits from a HR perspective to verify conformance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure payroll amendments are inputted for processing, including reporting of salary changes, new starters, leavers, and any pay related changes.
- Support the development of HR policies and practices that are progressive in nature and will ensure that they attract, develop and retain current and future employees.
- Lead and manage effective working relationships with HR third party providers.
- General HR tasks to support the day-to-day operations as required.
Key Skills & Experiences
- Degree in HR, Finance or a business-related discipline.
- CIPD Qualification is desirable.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels.
- Project management and change management experience is a must.
- 1-3 years' experience in a Senior HR Generalist/HRBP role.
- Proficiency in Workday ERP a distinct advantage.
- Expertise in Irish and UK employment law. Experience working across Europe and the US would be very advantageous.
- Exudes confidence and impact to coach leaders with complex issues as well as support them through change initiatives.
- Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong systems knowledge and technical knowhow across a range of applications and processes that improve efficiency and drive enhanced decision making.
- Attention to detail, the utmost discretion when working with confidential data, and unparalleled dedication to customer service.
- Be flexible and willing to take on assignments and projects driven by business need, rolling sleeves up and taking ownership.
