Human Resources Business Partner

 

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to establish and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with managers and colleagues, developing a thorough knowledge of the organization and its objectives and internal processes.

As a HR Business Partner you will have an academic background in HR or at least 5 years of working experience and a solid understanding of Irish labour laws.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with managers and colleagues, developing a thorough knowledge of the organization and its objectives and internal processes.
  • Work with the HRD/HRBP to aligned with corporate talent strategies, support the implementation of talent management strategies and enable the development of the members of our teams in their career path.
  • Conduct external benchmarking studies and make recommendations to ensure the company stays competitive in areas of compensation, benefits and perks.
  • Provide timely and effective coaching to all leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and Shared Services tools when appropriate.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a HRBP
  • experience working for a large ideally multinational company
  • Great knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR
